2.清洁工：1名

要求：女，40岁左右，身体健康，服从上级安排，吃苦耐劳，有清洁工经验者优先。

3.装配QC：1名

要求：女，中专以上学历，18岁以上，有一定沟通、协调能力与较强的执行力，能吃苦耐劳且能够适应上夜班，有品检工作经验者优先。

4.产品工程师：2名

要求：本科以上学历，25岁以上，对塑胶产品方面有丰富的设计经验。熟悉高频信号的分析。有很强的流体成型分析和结构分析背景，擅于公差分析。具有良好的工作态度，沟通能力和项目管理能力。从概念设计到量产的能力，对产品的异常有较强的分析能力和解决能力。有以上产品经验者优先：Card Connector,HDMI,USB 3.0,LVPS,Mini Display port,FPC and BTB.有设计创新能力。

5.模具品检：1名

要求：女，中专以上学历，22岁以上，有一年以上精密连接器模具零件品检经验，以工作认真负责。

6.火花机技术员：1名

要求：初中以上学历，20岁以上，会夏米尔火花机，具有三年以上相关工作经验。

7.操作员：1名

要求：男，中专以上学历，20岁以上，踏实，勤快，反应敏捷。有端子模冲压经验。会操作"振动""立叶"冲床者优先。

8.研磨技术员：1名

要求：男，中专以上学历，22岁以上，有三年以上五金、塑胶模研磨工作经验，有五金磨钨钢、冲子、刀口者优先。

9.实验室测试员：2名

要求：女，中专以上学历，18岁以上，接受过QC七大手法之培训,熟悉品管作业流程,能识工程图,会操作各类量测仪器与量具.有大型连接器工作1年以上,有一定的沟通协调,与较强的执行力,能吃苦耐劳,做事细心。

10.冲压QC：1名

要求：女，高中以上学历，18岁以上，接受过QC七大手法，熟悉品管基本工作流程，会识工程图面，能使用各种测量仪器与量具，品质观念较强，适应能力强，具有品检工作经验，能够长期适应上夜班。

11.国内/外销售经理：2名

要求：职位描述

负责手机类连接器产品市场开拓，产品销售。带领销售团队达成公司销售业绩和目标。

维护客户关系，参与客户新产品的设计和研发，获得客户产品新概念。

与本公司研发部密切合作，为客户的新产品导入进行跟踪。

 送样板及客户确认，与工程部密切配合，解决客户产品投诉，质量问题的解决。

要求：

要求：要求：

1: Bachelor's degree holder with at least 6 year's experience in connector design and able to design products from concept to mass production.

2: Good knowledge of properties in plastic part design and copper alloy part design.

3: Strong background in injection molding, stamping  plating technology as well as assembly process.

4: Familiar wi                    th high speed signal analysis.

5: Show the ability in troubleshooting the problems caused in production.

6: Proficient in ProE/AutoCAD and tolerance analysis. 

7: Positive attitude towards work, effective communication skill and project management capability.

8: Experience in the following product is preferred.

1.Customer focal point during the product development process. Communicates the voice of the customer to the organization with reference to the project. Instill customer confidence in ASMI and develops a positive relationship with the customer. Is responsive and timely to customer's request for information and deliverables. Manage the customer to ensure that ASMI meets our Project plan and customer expectations are met;

2. Acts as the Team Leader. Report barriers clearly and concisely to gain management action. Facilitate win-win scenarios between team members for the overall project benefit. Drive and focus the team on the execution of the Project Plan. Work efficiently and effectively with team members and their functional managers. Responsible to achieve the Project Plan requirements for Cost, Quality and Timing. Make sure the ASMI New Product Development process and procedures are followed;

  To assist QA supervisor to maintain APQP procedure

?To ensure the quality of new product and process optimization  to prevent defects happened and escaped

?To reduce and solve customer complaint, cooperate with customer and supplier closely in order to get prefect product quality

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1.To verify production ability of new product with CFT team

2.To review DFMEA and PEMEA of new product, reduce making risk.

3.To apply quality tools to analyze quality data skillfully, such as CPK, GR&R, SPC ect.
